Academic VirtueDr. Nicole Jekel earns her Professorship for Marketing and Controlling, Key Contact Person for Business Companies for Student Scholarships, and Senatorship at the West Coast University of Applied Sciences Germany. Nicole Jekel studied Business Administration in Mannheim, fulfilled an executive MBA-study as the MBA 1998 prize winner with A-level at Henley Management College and earned her Ph.D. in strategic management at the University of Bradford. The doctoral thesis was about employee commitment within an international consulting company and the impact on customer service. The Professors were Dean Prof. Arthur Francis from the School of Manageent at the University of Bradford, Prof. Dr. Eduard Snape from the Poly Technic University of Hong Kong and Prof. Ricardo Peccei from the King´s College of London. In 2011, Nicole Jekel earned a Professorship at ISS Hamburg for Service Marketing. Business VirtueParallel to her academic advancement Dr. Nicole jekel (neé Hoechst), started working with Nixdorf Computer AG in 1988. From 1991-1994 she was responsible for the product management at Siemens Nixdorf Informationssysteme AG in Essen and Dr. Jekel was in the strategic plannig at the headquarter in Munich. Since 1994 Dr. Nicole Jekel has been working at Siemens AG nationally and internationally as a consultant for call center solutions: sales assistant, communication consultant, senior consultant and as a lead business consultant. Finally she was responsbile for the sales performance for Siemens Enterprise Communications GmbH & Co. KG Germany. Nicole Jekel is a consultant, speaker and writer. |
