Enterprises in the International Market

New challenges constantly arise for companies as transnational trade increases steadily. For companies to act successfully and confidently in the international arena, the demand for well-educated employees with a broad knowledge in international legal issues is high.

Students in this emphasis area will be well-equipped for these challenges and the related legal issues and company decisions. Labor Law, European Business Law, Anti-trust Law, and Bankruptcy Law are the focus of attention. Practice-orientation will be given by the discussion of case studies.
