In this course students will learn how to solve problems that occur in a variety of businesses independently and based on their acquired knowledge and abilities. For this purpose, West Coast University of Applied Sciences provides broad skills in order to master managerial tasks. These include: 

• Expertise: broad knowledge base, knowledge of foreign languages and extensive knowledge in emphasis areas

• Social skills: individual development of personality in intensive courses with topics such as communication, presentation techniques, dialectics, rhetoric, job application training and project management

• International competence: contacts with foreign universities, English as a compulsory subject, Spanish as an elective module

• Practical competence: practical semester (internship), projects a part of classes, as well as the possibility of writing the Bachelor’s thesis in working closely with businesses.
