Hospitality Management comprises the whole hotel and restaurant sector, and thus is one of the most important areas in touristic services. Students will obtain the basic knowledge for the planning, leading and developing of businesses that are located in the ever-changing field from overnight-stays to restaurants, from self-catering apartments to luxury hotels, from restaurant chains to star restaurants  to event catering. Accordingly, the course is diverse and internationally orientated.

Internationality stands out in hospitality management; working on different continents for different companies is very common. This emphasis area serves the career preparation for students that enjoy direct communication with customers and that are not afraid of stressful working conditions at times and new daily challenges.
