Marketing

Marketing is approached from a behavioral science perspective. Consumer behavior and market psychology are in the centre of teaching. Brand management, marketing instruments – especially promotion policy – and empirical consumer research also hold great significance. We try to achieve high practical orientation through project-based teaching with integrated knowledge transfer. Teaching and research emphases are:

  • consumer research
  • brand management
  • city and regional marketing
  • customer relationship management
